All fine, but slippery showers

Check-in was smooth, and the shuttle service from the airport made everything easy. Room 404 was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Nice flat-screen TV with English channels entertained us during downtime. Breakfast had a good variety of options, with something different every morning, which I appreciated. However, the shower floor was alarmingly slippery. I had to be extra careful, and my child had a minor slip. It's a real safety concern that needs to be addressed. Also, there’s occasional noise from outside, likely due to nearby clubs. It didn't ruin our stay, but it was a bit disruptive at times.

I loved my 4 nights stay! The rooms were decent, and the cleaning staff were super nice. I even ordered lunch room service once, and it was great!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a complimentary shuttle service to the airport that made my arrival quick and easy, and an inviting bar/lounge area to relax in after a day of exploring.

We enjoyed our stay here while exploring Guatemala City with our two teenagers. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the location made it easy to check out local attractions like the beautiful parks nearby. The city view from our room was a nice bonus.

I stayed in the King Room with City View for 1 night. The bed was super comfy, and I liked the flat screen TV with English channels. The only downside was that the shower floor was really slippery, which made it a little tricky. One of my kids fell a couple of times, so they really need to consider adding some anti-slip mats. The view was nice but the street noise from nearby clubs was a bit much, especially at night. Overall, it was a decent stay, just a few bumps to work out!
